Startup Preparation: Check that the power supply and air connections are secure. Install the quick-change mold corresponding to the specific cake box size, and configure parameters such as pressure and stroke via the digital control interface.
Trial Run: Produce one or two sample boxes using a small amount of raw material. Once the forming quality and dimensional accuracy meet specifications, activate the automatic operation mode.
Full-Scale Production: The machine automatically handles the entire process-feeding, forming, cutting, and discharging. Operators simply need to monitor the equipment, replenish raw materials, and collect finished products.
Shutdown and Cleanup: After production, turn off the power and air supply, clear any waste material from the machine bed, and perform routine maintenance.
