This is the clear cylinder forming machine, our extra-large model. Standard machines are not suitable for tubes over 20 cm in diameter, but this machine is specifically designed for larger sizes. Many suppliers claim they can produce 400 mm tubes. However, based on our machining experience, 350 mm is the stable limit. Our TI-350Y is designed around this limit.

We have made the frame longer and taller to improve stability and ensure high precision when forming large tubes. Larger tubes require thicker materials, and this machine supports material thicknesses of up to 0.65 mm. This provides the strength needed for large-diameter tubes.

Large tubes often require handles for easier carrying. Therefore, we have optimized the punching system on this clear cylinder forming machine. You can choose front or middle punching based on your product requirements.

If you use printed roll materials, an infrared sensor can be added to ensure the pattern is positioned accurately during cutting. For environmentally friendly production, an ultrasonic welding option is also available, allowing adhesive-free tube forming.

This machine operates at a speed of 30 pieces per minute. While this is slightly slower than smaller models, it remains highly efficient for large-sized products.

Manufacturing a large clear cylinder forming machine requires a strong production facility. Taigong operates a 40,000-square-meter factory in Qingxi Town, Dongguan, including a dedicated heavy machinery workshop.
