These enhancements make it ideal for printed materials. Conventional tube machines cut based only on length, but printed materials require higher precision. The color mark sensor detects the printed registration mark and ensures cutting at the exact position. As a result, every tube displays a complete and properly aligned pattern, giving your products a professional and consistent appearance.

Many printed tubes require handles for easier carrying. This cardboard cylinder forming machine offers flexible punching options.

For handles that require two or more holes, front punching is used. For designs with two holes or fewer, middle punching can be applied. You can select the most suitable configuration based on your product requirements. This flexibility allows the machine to adapt to a wide range of applications.

This cardboard cylinder forming machine retains all the advantages of our standard models. It is equipped with a Siemens PLC control system, and the servo motor drive ensures precise operation.

You can choose between adhesive bonding and ultrasonic welding. Adhesive bonding is suitable for general products, while ultrasonic welding is ideal for food and pharmaceutical packaging, as it requires no adhesive and meets strict environmental and hygiene standards. This effectively provides two forming methods in one machine.
