Routine Maintenance and Basic Care
Machine Cleaning: Keep the machine body clean; strictly prohibit placing beverages or liquids on the equipment to prevent seepage into circuits and subsequent malfunctions. Do not wash motor components directly with water to avoid insulation damage and electrical faults.
Gluing Section Maintenance: Promptly clean up residual glue in the gluing area after each production run to prevent dried glue from adhering to the belts, which accelerates aging and wear.
Standardized Operation: Do not adjust the speed while the machine is stopped to avoid severe belt wear. During shutdown, first turn off the temperature control switch, wait 10–20 minutes (until the heating head is cool to the touch) before turning off the main operation switch, and finally cut off the main power supply; this prevents the belts near the heating elements from cracking due to localized overheating.

Specialized Maintenance for Core Components
Suction Cup Assembly: Silicone suction cups frequently contact box edges and are prone to aging and cracking; clean them promptly after each production batch, check their condition monthly, and replace them immediately if damage is found.
Folding Guide Rails: Paper dust easily accumulates in rail gaps, causing jams; clean out accumulated dust weekly and lubricate with silicone grease (which resists paper dust adhesion better than standard grease) to ensure smooth operation.
Transmission and Pneumatic Components: Regularly check transmission belt tension and adjust promptly if signs of aging appear. Before startup, ensure the air service unit's oil reservoir is sufficiently filled; during operation, apply a small amount of specialized lubricant periodically to prevent oil line blockages.
Photoelectric Sensors: Use compressed air to blow out sensor gaps, preventing dust from obscuring the sensing area and ensuring positioning accuracy.
