This is the two-station PVC cylinder curling machine, a semi-automatic model equipped with two workstations. One operator can run both stations simultaneously, or two operators can work side by side. In either case, the output is nearly double that of a single-station machine.

Each edge can be curled in approximately 6 seconds, making this machine ideal for medium-sized production orders. It provides strong efficiency without the need for a fully automatic production line.

This two-station PVC cylinder curling machine offers excellent flexibility. It is compatible with PVC, APET, PETG, PP, and even paper tubes. The diameter range is 35 mm to 200 mm, and the height range is 15 mm to 420 mm. It performs best with material thicknesses between 0.3 mm and 0.5 mm.

This machine is suitable for producing a wide range of products, including candy tubes, gift boxes, toy packaging, and stationery tubes. The finished edges are smooth, round, and free of wrinkles or deformation.
