This is the four-station cylindrical edge rolling machine, our reinforced model, also known as the four-column machine. Its design differs from our standard models, featuring four support columns at each station to provide additional strength and stability.

When processing thick materials or large-diameter tubes, higher pressure is required, which standard machines may not handle effectively. This model is specifically designed for such demanding applications. It is also equipped with two additional air pumps at each station, providing the necessary power for heavy-duty operation.

This product is equipped with two constant-temperature heating plates-one on each side-to ensure even heat distribution and more precise temperature control.

This design is particularly effective for materials with thicknesses ranging from 0.45 mm to 0.7 mm. The resulting curled edges are smooth, round, and tightly formed, with minimal spring-back. This is essential for producing high-quality products with a professional appearance and strong structural integrity.

This four-station cylindrical edge rolling machine is ideal in several situations. First, when working with thick materials-such as PVC or PET above 0.5 mm-standard curling machines may not provide sufficient force. Second, when producing large-diameter tubes, especially those exceeding 200 mm, greater structural stability is required. Third, when manufacturing high-end paper tubes, where a precise and flawless curl is essential.

This machine is built to meet all these requirements. It is manufactured in our own facility, equipped with precision lathes, milling machines, and CNC equipment. All key components are produced in-house, ensuring strict quality control.
