A Semi-Automatic Machine for Printed Sheets
This is the PVC box making machine, a semi-automatic model also known by various names-printed sheet tube machine, printed tube former, automatic tube gluer, or automatic tube bonder. All of these refer to the same function: turning single sheets into beautiful, round tubes.
While many automatic machines can only process roll material, this model works perfectly with pre-cut printed sheets. It handles tube lengths up to 450mm, with a diameter range of 35mm to 200mm.
Precision Glue System for Even Coating
The PVC box making machine features a precision glue system that ensures even application. There are no thick or thin spots, resulting in a strong, flat bond that holds reliably.
We have tested it with APET, PETG, and PVC, all of which perform exceptionally well. The gluing system uses a spray gun with automatic pressure control, keeping the pressure stable and glue amount accurate. This ensures consistent results every time, producing professional-looking tubes that hold together perfectly.
Speed You Can Control
This machine offers adjustable speed to match operator skill levels. A skilled worker can produce up to 900 tubes per hour, while a new operator may start at 400 tubes per hour. Tube sizes can also be adjusted directly on the machine without special tools, making it ideal for factories handling multiple orders. Quick size changes keep production efficient and continuous.
