Classification by Core Forming Process
Fully Automatic Cylinder Forming Machine
Eliminates the need for manual flattening or sheet cutting; the machine automatically forms cylinders directly from material rolls. It supports both adhesive bonding and ultrasonic welding, and some models can simultaneously perform punching operations. Compatible with materials such as PVC, PP, and APET, it offers production speeds of 45–60 units per minute, making it ideal for mass-producing cylindrical packaging for candy, gifts, stationery, and more.
Cylinder Seaming Machine (Cylinder Gluing Machine)
Its core function is bonding sheets into cylinders using either brush-applied or spray-applied adhesive. Available in semi-automatic and fully automatic versions, models equipped with automatic spray systems can prevent the "whitening" effect often associated with bonding PET, ensuring a clear, bubble-free seam. These machines are well-suited for small-to-medium-scale cylinder production.
Color-Printed Cylinder Machine with Punching Capability
Based on the standard fully automatic cylinder machine, this model adds an infrared color sensor for precise cutting of color-printed patterns via color-mark registration. It also features a multi-station punching unit that performs punching simultaneously with forming-facilitating the later attachment of handles-and is designed for producing customized, printed cylindrical packaging.
Classification by Downstream Processing
Cylinder Curling Machine
Designed specifically for curling the edges of cylinder openings. It features automatic constant-temperature control and preheating functions, ensuring a steady, uniform curling process. Suitable for both plastic and paper cylinders, it is commonly used for finishing the rims of cake boxes and gift cylinders.
Cylinder Bottom Sealing Machine
Utilizes an ultrasonic four-station rotary table structure to rapidly weld and seal the cylinder's bottom cap. It accommodates cylinder diameters ranging from 60mm to 200mm and can be integrated with a curling machine to form a continuous production line, enabling an all-in-one process for curling and bottom sealing.
