Basic Daily Maintenance
Disconnect the power supply after every shutdown. Wipe photoelectric switches with a soft cloth and remove residual adhesive from the sealing, cutting, and bonding areas; use a wooden block to support the sealing and cutting components during cleaning to prevent accidental cuts.
Before starting the machine each day, check the status of the power and air supplies and ensure no connections are loose. Promptly clear away any discarded tubes or debris from around the machine to prevent equipment jams.

Periodic Tiered Maintenance
Use an air gun weekly to clear dust from around sensors and heating elements, and apply the specified lubricant to moving parts such as chains and guide rails.
Inspect wear-prone components-such as cutting blades, sealing heads, and drive wheels-monthly; regrind or replace them if wear exceeds limits. Check electrical terminals to ensure connections are secure and free from loose contacts.
Every 2–3 months, lubricate sliding parts and switch cams, and check the oil level in the pneumatic filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) unit; top up with #20 machine oil if the level falls below one-third.

Specialized Protection Measures
Keep the interior of the electrical control cabinet dry and clean; implement waterproofing, moisture-proofing, and rodent-proofing measures to prevent electrical faults.
Before long-term storage, thoroughly clean the entire machine, apply anti-rust treatment to exposed metal parts, and cover the machine to protect it from dust.
